After driving all night across South Dakota in whiteout conditions with snow drifts building on the roads, my friend and I passed through Belle Fourche on our way to Montana. While in town, we spotted this guy with his ditch lights on. As soon as he left town, the snow began to fall, and the chase was on from there.
