The Frontier Cooperative Company's grain elevator in Silver Creek NE has GP7 DDDX 4162 assigned to it to handle car switching. (DDDX is the AAR reporting mark for Frontier Cooperative Co.) This locomotive, as can easily be deduced from its yellow and green paint, previously belonged to the Chicago & North Western (CNW 4162). The CNW acquired it from the Rock Island, where it was RI 4508 (the first locomotive to be painted in the "ROCK" blue scheme), built by EMD in July 1952 as RI 1260.
