Looks as if the the whole front was pulled off and it still was moving down the tracks. You can see some more of the load coming down the tracks where the rest of the cars are.

Does anyone actually know what happened? Body Fatigue maybe? It does look like part of the load behind it but, probably cracked and spilt for a bit before the actual split. Bust still how did this actually happen?
