You have just got to love the color in this shot, rusty tank, rusty loco. A really nice shot.
Just one question whats with all the colored flags on the ground? Marks for rusty sleepers?

Thanks guys for the comment couldnt believe it when I saw it sitting there. The flags are for marking gas,electric, phone must be they are gonna do some digging in the srea

The flags are to mark bad ties that need to be replaced in the coming months.
