Posted by Jody Moore on October 5, 2006  Depends on who you talk to. The official designation from Railpower is GG20B, while UP calls it a GG20GE because it sits on the frame of a retired GE unit. UP's only GG20GP is the 2004, which was built on the frame of an ex-SOO GP9.
