Yes...you've got it, that is HATX #402, still in Chessie colors, minus the cat of course. I actually saw it and the locomotive that is coupled to in Palmer MA sitting in the CSX/NECR/MCRR interchange yard for a while. Perhaps they were going to be rebuilt by NECR or something...or still may be rebuilt somewhere else...

The HATX 402 and the HLCX GP38 behind it were stored on the Vermont Rail Systems for many years. None of them are being rebuilt for the NECR. As Mike noted, the LLPX 2015 was returned off lease from the SVRR in Virginia, destination unknown.
