Posted by Felix Brown on August 5, 2009  VRE's kawasaki bi'level's are the best looking one's on the east coast, second MARC and third MBTA. SEPTA could use a small fleet of these bi-level's for limited express service to Doylestown, Trenton, Newark and Thorndale.
