That's the Levisa Fork of the Big Sandy River. There is a dam just down river (northwest) from this shot that forms Fishtrap Lake just shy of the point where the Russell Fork flows into the Levisa Fork at Millard, KY. From that point, it flows north to Louisa, KY where the Tug Fork comes together to form the Big Sandy River. The Big Sandy then flows into the Ohio River near Kenova, WV/Catlettsburg, KY.
