Frankly no I'm not, lol. I met up with this train shortly after this spot and watched from a parking lot and he was still holding it up...so hence the assumption of keeping the sun out which as you can see he was still lurking around the cardboard and I know the su was at an angle to be bothersome. I could still be wrong though.
