Who does the SW10 belong to? Is it a former P&PU switcher?

The SW10 is a TZPR, former P&PU, locomotive. The I&M and TZPR are both owned by G&W and it is becoming more common to see each others power on each others trains.

There is an old PPU in the outdoors "storage" part of the I & M yard in Springfield.
