Posted by Michael Rhodes on April 23, 2007  Bob - excellent black and white conversion of the image - you have a good juxtaposition of locos etc BUT I just wonder if you should crank up the contrast a bit, especially as this would emphasise the human interest on the right of the picture - this is a Phoenix type comment on Railpictures I know but I think this is a great shot that just needs a bit more contrast Posted by Bob Avery on April 23, 2007  Maybe you're right Michael - I tried upping the contrast but it looked un-natural and I felt lacked the subtle tonones on that hazy morning.
