I sure hope 9318 was stopped athough it has all its lights on. If the train was moving then we see here a very irresponsible bus driver who should be terminated at once.

I think that by saying they were chomping at the bit in the siding Steve was implying that they were stopped. My take.

I'm very sure that the bus driver was very careful. by federal law all school buses must stop and look both ways and only can procede when it is safe. so what this photo shows looks safe to me.

The raised barriers can be clearly seen, so the bus driver is doing nothing wrong. Bob UK
