What a hidden gem of a photo. If I had seen it in time, I'd have given it a PCA. A great photo location and it looks like a hidden gem of a railroad, too! A B23-7 and a caboose! I love it.

Nah you were correct the first time. It is a caboose which they still use. Its a great railroad to visit if you ever get a chance.
