Interesting photo.
Of the locomotives visible, most are RS-18's but there is one RS-10 in the shot as well. That would be the closest engine in the consist on the left of the shot. The easy give-away is the location of the CPR "Miltimark" and black striping on the short hood. This indicates an engine set up for long hood forward operation which the CPR RS-10's were and the RS-18's were not.
