It takes some nerves to photograph trespassers when they're armed! Excellent shot.

As a former volunteer with Ohio Operation Lifesaver, and one trained in the ability of behavioral assessment and probability of actions, it never ceases to amaze me just how STUPID people are. Interesting photo Daniel - however I have just one thing for you to consider next time should you encounter a situation like this again...NEVER trust a person / hunter with a firearm should they look at you while you are taking a photo. You just never know if they actually will be a "nut-job" willing to fire off a round or two in your direction. You were very brave for taking this photo. The expression on the hunter's face as well as the way he is standing and his body language indicate to me that he was actually contemplating aiming that rifle at you just to "scare" you. Regardless of the train approaching behind him, he indicates to me that he didn't care, he didn't like you taking this photo and he was thinking about it.
