That's alot of GE's for a passenger train! IMO, a heritage II looks better than a phase V on the point anyday!

Why, oh why, can't our National Railway Passenger Corp keep spares (locomotives and cars) along the way (Albuquerque, Denver, even Havre) for such contingencies? Thye do nobody any good in Beech Grove. Another example of Amtrak's inability to manage its (our) assets.
