Very interesting image Charles, I too have never really seen anything similar to that in the US, except Travel Town in Los Angeles' Griffith Park.

I just found this and had to comment: What a shame and embarrassment for such a 'noble' beast! Locomotives are meant to be played WITH, not played ON! It even looks like it's pleading for help to be rescued from such a disgraceful 'life' of retirement!
