Posted by Dave Howarth Jr. on June 25, 2008  The RLCX appears to be an SW14, not an SW9. The heritage would belong to Illinois Central if I may be correct. Posted by Ky.CatFan on June 25, 2008  Most certainly a Paducah, Kentucky SW-14 rebuild. These were done before Illinois Central sold their Paducah Shops.
