It appears that only 3500 horsepower of the potential 4200 hp are being produced by the two genset units. This demonstrates exactly what they are designed to do. Use only the engines that are required to get the job done. The middle engine on the second unit seems to be shut down saving fuel and wear and tear because it wasn't needed at that time.
