Posted by Pete Schierloh on July 22, 2008  I was happy to read in the remarks of this photo that the interchange in Hoosick Jct has been opened up and at least one train is using the line between North Hoosick and North Bennington. In 2002 we rehabbed several bridges on this line in preparation for Amtrak service that never materialized. With welded rail and recently rehabbed bridges, it was sad to think the line was destined for nothing more than car storage.
