Interesting shot, look at the front pantograph that are raised to the current line... In Romania, for example, it is recommended that the last pantograph to be used in traction! Another point is that the cars are efficiently transported by railroad, and not on the road, like in Romania. Anyway... great landscape!

I can think of two reasons to use the frontmost pantograph; either that is the one that is to be used on the Switerland- specific catenary current - 15 KV 16 2/3 Hz - or, as in the Netherlands, engine drivers are obliged to use the front pantographs to minimize the possibility that a spark from the current collector lands on the new car and damages the precious paintwork! But a nice picture, indeed.
