Posted by Don Kalkman on August 29, 2008  That's just a late-model SD40-2. The extended blower was normal for the final phase of SD40-2. That also appeared on Katy's GP39-2s, Espee's final GP40-2s and I'm sure many others. It's simply a spotting feature of late-model Dash Twos.
