That must of been some crash for the body to come off the trucks (wheels). Nice photo RuckusRails.

Mabye the train decided to take a stroll down the street and catch a bite to eat.

They need a "No Left Turn" sign. Nice shot.

WOW! That had to be a scary ride if you'd been in the cab. Would be interesting to see quality video of the incident happening. I'll double-up on Luke's thoughts, must have been quite the jolt to take the frame right off the trucks. Any idea how fast he was going?

That guy must have been flying to do that!! That would be cool to see on video though!!

It hasn't come off its trucks, its just the angle they are on. The rear truck may still be on the rails and the loco is still coupled to the trailing units, hence the wild angle.
Awesome photo.

Unbelievable, that grade crossing barrier stopped the train! Suspect that the AWRR want to be AWOL.

Rails? Where we're going, we don't need rails.

Another interesting point is that the unit started life for the Chicago & North Western, note the "Ped-Bell" on the nose, aka: Pedestrian Bell. This was a feature unique to the CNW.
Great shot, love the angle as it rally adds a dramatic air.
