Posted by Frank Keller on March 15, 2009  Chris, I shot this train going over the top at Palmer Lake at about 8 AM but unfortunately he got stopped at MP 62.3 by an unpassable broken rail. I guess by the time they got the rail fixed there must of been a back up of northbounds. Nice shot.
