That looks like a car abandoned along the street in South Philly! Nice picture.

Don't laugh at this folks. Mr. R.J. Corman has an Ex - Clinchfield Railroad F-3 (uptated to F-7) that he bought at Paducah, KY. from the I.C.G. . Hauled to central Kentucky, as a shell, and painted in Imron paint, that serves as a Board Room. And is on display in front of his office complex, along with an eighty foot ex- Auto Train, Budd dome car that serves as a Party room. Both of these collector pieces also contain operating Lionel Train layouts. The layout in the dome car makes a circuit around the car at the storage shelf level, but does go up through the dome twice to complete it's circuit. As an aside, these carbody type EMD's had no floor between the engine, main generator, and air compressor over the fuel tank. So a floor had to be constructed and the entire carbody had to be insulated, those neat portholes are now double glazed which provides a air gap that also serves as insulation.
