Charles, it isn't a "Deck" (for Decapod)---but a "Santa Fe" (2-10-2). I guess you might call it a "Santa" instead. :)

Words out, Southern Pacific F-1 class 2-10-2 #982 is a candidate for restoration to operation. She's being moved to the Texas Railroading Heritage Museum, and the Texas Railway Preservation Society will be working to restore her!
