Posted by Don Oltmann on July 7, 2009  Red signals at an interlocking indicate no route has been lined nor signals cleared. The blocks beyond the signal may or may not be occupied. A "stop and proceed" indication (or better) would mean the block beyond the interlocking is occupied. Posted by Ben Sutton on July 7, 2009  Thank you Don for clearing that up.
