Great photo steve of the BNSF ex-Great Northern line over Stevens Pass and the Cascade Mountains. However - this train is exiting the West Portal of the Cascade Tunnel and is crossing the Tye River and is just about to duck under U.S. Highway 2. That is not Deception Creek as you have named in the location. Deception Creek is a couple miles West from here and nowhere near this tunnel. Although there is a tunnel between Deception Creek and Cascade Tunnel, that tunnel portal is still about a half mile East from the Deception Creek bridge and is on a curve. There is a turnoff from U.S. Highway 2 at the Deception Creek Picnic Area where a short hike will take you to the Deception Creek Falls, almost right under U.S. Highway 2.
