This picture was taken on August 20th, of 1991, not 1997.

No exactly, Amtrak Illinois Service says that this was shot in 1991 on a cloudy afternoon. This train wasn't it, but the weather was cloudy in this picture and it was evening. The train was the City of New Orleans.
