Neat photo, but the Catskills got more than 3 feet- some mountains were dumped with almost 7 feet of snow at the peaks!

Update to the information provided above: I heard on the radio several weeks after taking this image that the weather recording station at SUNY Cobleskill, just a few miles up the tracks from this location, recorded its lowest ever barometric pressure during this storm. Basically, it was like a hurricane, only with snow. No wonder the D&H got dumped on!
