What kind of engine is that in the background? Looks like an Alco at the Crankcase doors, but there is no fuel pump cover?

I believe it's an English Electric 16CSVT from a Class 50 - 2,700hp, turbo-charged, inter-cooled V16 (10" bore, 12" stroke).
