This sort of thing never stops to amaze me , yes when will people learn, not to jump the lights, the do it at road junctions, as well. Some people just don't know what a red traffic light means! Some of them don't even want to stop for 20 to 30 seconds while people cross the road and a zebra crossing (pedestrian road (highway) crossing) without traffic lights., in england, let alone railway crossings, then they want to put the blame on the railways, if they survive that is. Pitty the loco was derailed! glad no one was killed though!
