Posted by INFANTRY327 on July 12, 2010  looks to be CP train 930 (931 north). these trains operate between Binghamton, NY and Saratoga Springs, NY with NS crews then D&H crews move them north to Rouses Point and hand them off to CP crews for the trip into Montreal
