I was just thinking the other day how likely it is that you'll start seeing railroads unloading these GE's in the near future. Hard to believe these things are 20+ years old now.

I'm never sad to see a GE go, but the 40's were gone long, long ago. It makes me laugh thinking they need DPU on a unit unit train!

Actually, none of these Dash 8-40CWs are going to the Canadian National. The CN units were all renumbered and relettered in Barstow, California, and then sent to the CN from there.
