Posted by Rich Brown on November 6, 2015  The nearest car is one of 2 ex-Phoebe Snow Observation-Lounge cars which MNCR owns. The third car is PROBABLY its twin . Built by Budd for the Lackawanna, these cars also spent a brief period in Parlor- Lounge service on the Long Island RR, especially on Montauk trains.
