Nice capture, Brandon. Yesterday was certainly a gift of good weather. Glad someone made it out to get some good shots. Any ideas on why the non-tanker car between locomotive and the rest of the train?

Thanks Greg, it certainly was unseasonably warm here yesterday but I am not complaining, cause just around the corner is snow! LOL. The lead car on this train is a "buffer" car that way the heat from the locomotives won't heat up the oil in the tank cars and cause a potential explosion.

Great work, Brandon! Man, I tried all fall to get a shot of a combine or of a farmer working in the field and couldn't get one. Nice job getting the guy tilling the corn field. I was over in Arthur, missed the crude oil train, but grabbed the Texas Eagle running a detour.
