CPR SD40-2 series that still has signature snowplow design indigenous to that railroad. Even in a wreck it's still recognizable from the other designs.
Also, just another example of creative found art one might see in a restive state along any given stretch of North American right-of-way. Gee, sculpture almost looks railroady! I see the spectators read their OSHA rules and regs before climbing and ogling.
