Smith, Jr. on February 28, 2011  By the length of the letterboard, that stainless steel Baggage-RPO cars is either a former L&N or West Point Route car, built for the Crescent Limited pool. If it is from the latter road, it would be right at home as CSX's Western Railway of Alabama shared the Opelika depot with Southern's old Central of Georgia.
