A great "Time Machine" photo. Something not normally seen, is the flat car that is dedicated to transporting Chlorine cylinders. This size cylinders were used by many cities to treat their drinking water. These Chlorine cars would be delivered to the water treatment plant and moved into an unloading bay, which would have a bridge crane to remove the full cylinders and reload the car with empty cylinders to be returned to the owner for refilling. Thanks for this posting sir.

My dad LJ worked for NF&D at the time of this photo. Unfortunately he passed away in 1980 in an accident on the way to work. I love this photo and would love to find more that had him in the photo.
