Posted by Anthony K Small on May 4, 2011  Pedro if you are talking about the other tracks to the right, they are part of Port Authority Transit's light rail system. The curve to the right crosses the Mon River into downtown Pittsburgh while at the bottom is a station stop. A little past the station stop the tracks go left under the NS tracks and into a tunnel.
