I would venture a guess it is a rear end DPU. No ditch lights, grade crossing gate has lifted...

In response to the last comment, it is not a DPU. The train was taking headroom out of the yard and was stopped. The crossings in Franklin Park are equipped with a time out feature and the gates went back up.
