Thanks to all for looking. It is Fuji Provia in an attempt to replace Kodachrome. Seems to do well in mid morning and afternoon and does terrible under high light. Photo was at 10AM.

I could have guessed it was Fuji Provia because even before Kodachrome was gone, the Provia was taking over. It IS a very good film and the only thing it does not have that the Kodachrome did is a red/orange tint. And don't ask me how Kodachrome got that tint, cause I sure don't know!
