Two thoughts come to mind - maybe three:
1.) I've heard of coach class but this is reidculous!
2.) Are you sure this is the local?
3.) I think I saw a ship down there!
So how many inspectors does it take to inspect a flooded rail line?

I wonder if the folks in the boats (just to the left on the edge of photo and in the back distance) tried to race the speeder? Interesting photo and great capture Patthanasuwanna. I also like a previous comment about the speeder hitting a submerged derail..Ha, ha!
