Posted by Craig Walker on February 29, 2012  EMD has rebuilt several Union Pacific SD60Ms to become SD59M-2 diesels (UP calls them SD59MX). As part of this rebuild, they receive flared radiators. These engines are numbered in the low 9900s (9900-9920 so far, but there are, oddly, fewer than 21 units so far). Posted by Jason Eminian on February 29, 2012  Strange seeing 8310 "new" again.
