What are the tracks to the right part of?

I do not know what the tracks to the right were used for. My best guess is that they served one of the buildings behind me. The tracks are still intact over the road to my right and run up beside an old building, but they are no longer connected to the mainline. If anyone out there knows the story of these tracks, please feel free to comment and enlighten us. Sorry I can't help more BJ: if I hear anything I will let you know.
