I think this is like a shot of a model layout. The vibrant colours are great, a lot better than the driving. The black car overtaking the van is just not good, but the white car overtaking the pick-up. Remind me never to drive in Romania. On a railway note, can anyone tell me if the loco has a pantograph set on its roof, or is it something in the field behind? Still a really good photograph.

Since the loco is a diesel, it is a fair bet that that appearance is a function of light on the exhaust and radiator details mixed with light on weeds behind from this angle.
