Posted by Rich Brown on September 9, 2012  It seems as if some of these FL9s have more lives than the proverbial nine-lived cat. Amazing when you think that they have survived NY,NH&H, PC, CR, MTA (NY), Amtrak and who knows how many private owners and lessors.
