Wow. That's the first time I have ever seen a SD anything with only one dynamic brake fan!

Is there a motor in this engine? There is no sign of an exhaust stack or pipe and where there would be looks to be the horns. Usually SDs have two dyno fans and GPs have a single so whats going on under the hood of this engine can anybody tell us please.
