I could search several places for the video you must have shot simultaneously of this event, but why not just post the link here so we can all enjoy it !!! - Excellent shot, and I'm sure your video is stunning too. Please don't tell us that you did not shoot video of this as well !!!

Absolutely stunning, Dave! Excellent composition, execution and editing! No doubt, that curved viaduct took some careful engineering, but it sure looks like they got it correct! I'm curious to know when and how this viaduct was built and I'll check for more info on the Internet. I am enjoying ALL your UK photos very much and I hope there's a lot more to come! Thank you for sharing and here's wishing you and your new bride a Happy New Year!

Y'know... as long as we're here, lol. Nice catch, Dave! I was in the UK to see the "Flying Scottsman" which I was informed was down for service. Just so happened another steam engine was available (the Union of South Africa). After loosing it in traffic, we ran across another steam train nearby. Gotta love the UK.

Thanks for the kind comments, everyone!
Bob: Sorry, no video, my wife had that camera with her for her pony trek near Stalker Castle that morning -- but there were plenty of other spotters there with video cameras, so I'm certain videos can be found.
Jim: I've posted the best of the Scotland stuff, though there's still a few more shots kicking around I can upload. A bunch more from Ireland still to come...
Eric: Definitely worth the visit.
