Posted by Steve Raith on June 12, 2016  Photo caption is needs corrected, this is Wheeling & Lake Erie's Rook Yard in Green Tree, PA. The locomotive is Allegheny Valley Railroad. Guessing it may have been on the Wheeling to go to their shop for some repairs?
